As a Junior Executive at Catalyse, you’ll make a real impact while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Successful interns may also transition to a full-time position.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong interest in business development, business operations, research, and writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills for data research and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with various online platforms and applications is preferred. If not, candidates should have the drive to learn and explore these tools.

** Availability for a full-time internship of at least 6 months

Your responsibilities will include:

Business Operations:

• Providing support for ongoing business operations, presentations and reports
• Assisting in the coordination of meetings, events and workshops
• Collaborating with team members to help grow Catalyse
• Handling any other requests as deemed appropriate by the Director of Strategy

Research and Writing:

• Utilising advanced research skills to gather and synthesise complex information
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas
• Developing comprehensive reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations
• Helping to create engaging content for various channels
